An Introduction to the Language
Marshallese is an Malayo-Polynesian language spoken on the Marshall Islands, where it is the official language. There are two major dialects: Rälik (western) and Ratak (eastern). They are mutually intelligible and very closely related.

Spoken in
Marshallese is spoken on the Marshall Islands by some 50 000 people, where it is the official language along with English.
