Inuktitut syllabary | |
The Inuktitut syllabary was originally created for use with the Cree language but has been adopted for use with Canadian Inuktitut.
The syllabary
Since this is a syllabary, it follows a neat consonant vowel layout. It was created to be logical and easy to learn, so each of the letters are very simple. Long vowels are represented with a dot over the letter.
