Masculine nouns
Masculine nouns typically have the following endings:
- -ur
- -i
- -ir
- -ari
- -ll
- -nn
- -inn
Feminine nouns
Feminine nouns typically have the following endings:
- -a
- -un
- -ing
Neuter nouns
Neuter nouns usually either have an -að ending or are nouns that are monosyllabic or are compounds that end with monosyllabic nouns.
