Pronouns

Singular Plural
First Person אני (ani) אנחנו (anachnu)
Second Person Masc אתה (atah) אתם (atem)
Second Person Fem את (at) אתן (aten)
Third Person Masc הוא (hu) הם (hem)
Third Person Fem היא (hi) הן (hen)

Preposition Endings

In Hebrew, as in the other Semitic languages and some other languages, when a Hebrew pronoun follows a preposition, it's suffixed to the preposition, rather than kept separate as in English.

Singular Plural
First Person י- (-i) נו- (-nu)
Second Person Masc ך- (-cha) כם- (-chem)
Second Person Fem ך- (-ach) כן- (chen)
Third Person Masc ו- (-o) הם- (-ahem)
Third Person Fem ה- (-ah) הן- (ahen)

NB: The second person masculine and feminine singular look exactly the same in writing, however they're pronounced differently.

Examples

These are prepositions with the corresponding pronoun attached to them.

של shel

Shel means "of," however it's also commonly used in possessive constructions in Hebrew.

Singular Plural
First Person שלי (sheli) שלנו (shelnu)
Second Person Masc שלך (shelcha) שלכם (shelachem)
Second Person Fem שלך (shelach) שלכן (shelachen)
Third Person Masc שלו (shelo) שלהם (shelahem)
Third Person Fem שלה (shelah) שלהן (shelahen)

את et

Singular Plural
First Person אותי (oti) אותנו (otnu)
Second Person Masc אותך (otcha) אותכם (otachem)
Second Person Fem אותך (otach) אותכן (otachen)
Third Person Masc אותו (oto) אותהם (otahem)
Third Person Fem אותה (otah) אותהן (otahen)

This is a very important Hebrew preposition, it marks the definite article. When it's conjugated for a pronoun, its pronunciation changes from et to ot, and its spelling changes from את to אות.
