This page is about Estonian pronouns

Personal Pronouns

Due to the extensive case-system of Estonian, there are many pronouns which need remembering. However, this is simplified as most of them in the 14 cases are built off the Genitive case pronouns. Also making it simpler, is a lack of distinction between male and female pronouns, however, most pronouns have a short as well as long version making personal pronouns quite extensive in their numbers. Below is a table with the basic pronouns in Nominative, Partitive and Genitive.
