Introduction
Western Armenian has 6 cases.
Eastern Armenian has 7 cases, one more than Western Armenian. The cases are NOMNominative, ACCAccusative, GENGenitive, DATDative, ABLAblative, INSInstrumental and LOCLocative. In reality there is only 5 distinct cases as the Nominative and Accusative are idential (with a few exceptions) and the Genitive and Dative too are identical.
